The Service acts as an intermediary tool to facilitate content publishing. We do not own, control, or assume responsibility for the third-party platforms to which content is published.
4. User Content
4.1 Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., publishing your videos to your connected accounts).
4.2 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload and publish through the Service. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights and licenses to the content you upload.
- Your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDEOPUBLISHER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VideoPublisher and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:

12. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the Service settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) shall survive.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
